Strategies@Work, LLC, provides personal and professional development services for clients through private coaching/mentoring venues.
The premise of these services is the belief that God created every person with destiny and purpose (Ephesians 2:10). And it is each person's responsibility to discover and fulfill that purpose (Proverbs 2:1–6; 25:2). The key for fulfilling our life purpose is to gain wisdom (skill to live well in God’s universe). True wisdom comes only from Christ (Colossians 2:2–3).
The primary objective of a Strategies@Work coach is to help a client find and fulfill his or her divinely ordained life purpose. The apostle Paul described this process in Colossians 1:28: “We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect [complete] in Christ” (NIV). Completion in Christ is finding and fulfilling your life purpose.
The impediment to finding and fulfilling a person's life purpose is sin, that is, rebellion against God. This means that maturity in Christ is a key. Immaturity in Christ is manifested in the tangible world by personal agendas, failures, conflict, and financial issues. As a person matures in Christ, these symptoms will be resolved. The root of life is spiritual in nature, that is, underlying spiritual reality drives tangible physical reality. Hence, to help a person find and fulfill his or her life purpose is fundamentally a spiritual process.
Strategies@Work coaches seek to identify an individual’s areas of spiritual immaturity and to bring that person to maturity in Christ. To do this, they use various venues and teaching materials. Seminars, webinars, workshops, schools, books, audio products, small groups, and individual coaching are the means and methods employed. All means and methods utilized by Strategies@Work coaches are applied from a biblical worldview.

Each client’s road to maturity is individual and customized. A key element in the process is the level of the client’s desire to grow in Christ and to learn to work biblically. This sounds simple, but it is a battle of the will. The key to growth in Christ is submitting to the will of God and being able to say what Jesus said in the garden: "Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done" (Luke 22:42 NIV). The more committed a client is to the process of submitting to the will of God, and therefore maturing in Christ, the faster the process. The time frame for each client is different and the investment to facilitate the maturing process is difficult to quantify. Therefore each client can decide his own pace and the level of involvement with Strategies@Work coaches.
