This model is presented in a book titled Beyond Babel written by Dr. Gerald R. Chester, founder and president of Strategies@Work, LLC.
The Beyond Babel Model is based on the reality that the philosophy, values, and principles presented in the Bible are both timeless and universal. Strategies@Work guides its clients into alignment with these timeless universal laws of the universe, which lays the requisite foundation to facilitate long-term success and excellence.
